Anointing your home is a spiritual practice where you seek divine blessings and protection for your living space. It is a way to create a sacred atmosphere and invite positive energy into your home.
Why should I know this?
This if for anyone who believe in Jesus Christ, and would like Cleanse aka Anoint your home (or hotel room of unwanted/foul spirits. (these are real). He states this is not only for your home (such as hotel rooms).
This can also be in preparedness for the 3 days of darkness as mentioned in the new testatment, book of Mark. (See below for King James excerpt.)
Lately, over the past few months, I have been getting urges to prepare for an emergency. This is unlike me. This nudge is getting stronger too. I have prepared a 3 day bug-out bag but is missing a few items. I will be blessing my home this weekend as well. I still need the Beeswax candles and a tiny folding emergency stove, so I am almost all set. Yes, I know I sound a bit weird, but I learned that if a thought keeps coming up, I listen to it. This thought to prepare has been nugding me for a while now. If I don’t need it, then that’s great!
How to Anoint your Home
I included a link at the bottom of that page where Neal walks us through anointing a hotel room, which can be used for your home. The prayer he uses is written below.
Anointing the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Prayer
I anoint the oil itself
Father, in the name of Jesus I plead the blood of Jesus over this oil and I anoint this oil for consecration purpose for your use Lord.
I exalt you as Jehova my kiddush over this, that you are the Lord God who consecrates and separates and we’re separating this as holy unto you for your use Lord.
I thank you that this oil is going to be used for the purposes of anointing, for cleansing, for protection, and for breaking or severing.
I thank you that everything I anoint with this oil anoints is for your purpose and your good, and I anoint this oil now to cleanse it and to be set apart and use for your good lord.
In Jesus name I pray.
